This policy explains how Lee Valentino Events collects, uses and looks after the personal information you share with us. We are a Sydney-based event styling and coordination studio, and we only ask for the information we need to respond to and service your enquiry.

We treat your information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles set out in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). We have adopted these principles as best practice, and this policy is provided in that spirit.

What we collect

When you complete our enquiry form, we collect the details you choose to give us, which may include:

• your name;
• your email address;
• your phone number;
• details about your event, such as the type of celebration, date, guest numbers, venue, budget and any notes you add; and
• any inspiration images you upload to help us understand the look and feel you are after.

We do not ask for sensitive information, and we ask that you do not send us payment card details through the enquiry form.

Why we collect it

We use your information for a single purpose: to respond to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to plan and service your event. That includes contacting you, preparing a tailored proposal, and coordinating the details of your celebration.

Where it is stored and who processes it

We use a small number of trusted service providers to run our website and handle enquiries. These providers process your information on our behalf:

• Supabase stores your enquiry details and any uploaded images in a database and secure file storage hosted in the Sydney region.
• Resend delivers the transactional email that notifies us of your enquiry.
• Vercel hosts and serves this website.
• Google Workspace hosts our hello@lvevents.com.au mailbox, where we read and reply to your enquiry.

Each of these providers maintains its own security and privacy practices. We share your information with them only so they can perform these services for us.

Analytics

We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics to understand how the site is used in aggregate. We do not set tracking cookies, we do not use advertising trackers, and we do not build profiles of individual visitors. We never sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time. Just email hello@lvevents.com.au and we will help. If you believe we have handled your information incorrectly, please contact us first so we can put it right.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only for as long as we need it to handle your enquiry and, where relevant, to deliver your booking. When it is no longer needed, we delete it or remove the details that identify you.
